These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website services provided through localrealestate.us (“AgentSites,” “we,” “us”). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
We design, build, host, and maintain a professional website for you as a real-estate agent, published at a subdomain we assign (for example, yourname.localrealestate.us). Your subscription includes hosting, a lead-capture contact form, visit statistics, and change requests handled by our team.
The service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe at the price shown when you approve your site to go live. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard’s Billing page. When you cancel, your site stays online through the end of the period you’ve already paid for; it is then unpublished and archived. We retain your site configuration so you can reactivate later, but we are not obligated to retain archived content indefinitely.
You retain all rights to your name, likeness, photographs, listings, and other content you provide or approve for your site. You grant us a license to host, display, and adapt that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content — including listing data and brokerage marks — complies with your brokerage agreements, MLS rules, and applicable real-estate advertising regulations, including license-number display requirements in your state.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers’ sites.
Inquiries submitted through your site’s contact form are delivered to you and stored in your dashboard. Leads are your customer relationships; we do not sell them or share them with other agents. Handling leads in compliance with applicable law (including any consent and do-not-contact rules) is your responsibility.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Change requests are handled on a commercially reasonable timeline. We may modify features from time to time, provided the core service — a hosted professional website with lead capture — is maintained.
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment (after a reasonable grace period), for breach of these Terms, or where required by law. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and a prorated refund of any unused period.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost commissions or lost business opportunities.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or via your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
