This policy describes what we collect and how we use it, both for agents who subscribe to AgentSites and for visitors of agent websites hosted on localrealestate.us.
Account and contact details (name, email, phone), your site’s content, and billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Sign-in to your dashboard uses one-time email links — we store no passwords.
Contact form submissions:when a visitor submits an agent’s contact form (name, email, phone, message), that inquiry is stored and delivered to the agent it was addressed to. It is used for no other purpose and is never sold.
Visit counts: we count page views in aggregate per site, per day. This counting is first-party and cookie-less — we do not set tracking cookies, build visitor profiles, or use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on agent sites.
To operate the service: hosting sites, delivering leads to agents, sending service emails (sign-in links, lead notifications, monthly site reports, billing notices), and improving the product. We do not sell personal information.
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI-assisted site generation and change requests). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Agent account and billing records are kept for as long as you have an account and as required for tax and accounting. Leads remain available to the agent they belong to. Archived site content may be retained so a canceled site can be reactivated.
Agents can access their data in the dashboard and may request deletion of their account and site by contacting us. Visitors who submitted a contact form may ask the agent, or us, to delete their inquiry.
Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or via the dashboard.
