We keep this simple: you see your finished website before you pay anything, and you can cancel anytime.
Your site is built and shared with you for review at no cost. You are only charged when you approve it to go live and start your subscription — so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
Subscriptions renew monthly. Canceling stops the next renewal; your site stays online through the end of the period you’ve already paid, then it’s archived. We don’t prorate partial months on cancellation.
If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we’ll refund that first month in full.
Charged in error (for example, after a confirmed cancellation)? Tell us and we’ll refund the erroneous charge promptly.
Contact us through your dashboard or reply to any of our emails. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
